Translucence

Prepared for Clerkenwell Design Week 2019, URBAN designed and installed an immersive art installation within their building’s entry arcade. Those passing and entering the building were free to experience the sheer flowing fabric, and subtle interplay with light and sounds, to explore the theme of finding calm within the urban environment.

The work was undertaken in collaboration with Alan Baxter – an engineering, conservation and urban design consultancy; and SEAM Design – Merging Lighting, Architecture & Design for shaping atmospheres, perception and focus.
