Whichever way one looks, one will see a lush, verdant landscape with spaces to rest, relax and live. Plot 14 sits in the heart of the first development plots, activated by cafes, restaurants and a new cinema. In the centre is a new square where residents and workers will gather, to meet friends or neighbours, have a break or meet for lunch. It is used for local neighbourhood scale events.
Our vision is to create a delightful place of coming together for the community, that seamlessly connects with the wider landscape’s concept of an urban park, while also possessing a special character that is welcoming, delightful and memorable.
